SHIPPING POLICY

At Khiari Swimwear, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping responsibilities.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During product launches, promotions, or peak shopping periods, processing times may be slightly longer.  

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

  • Europe: 3–10 business days

  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 5–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.  charges imposed by the destination country. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

To be eligible for a return/exchange:

 

The item must be unused and unworn.

The item must be in its original condition.

Original tags must still be attached.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned:

 

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items

Personalized or custom-made products

Items damaged through misuse

 

Return Process

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

 

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
